Extra-clean and original vintage clarinet from Buffet-Crampon (Paris), Model R-13, serial #272153 (1985)
No chipping to the wood or cracks. The original nickel-plate to the keywork shows no worn areas, the hinge-tubes still tight and not needing swedging. The clarinet has been fitted with all new corks and pads, the work done in our shop in Wichita. Original "soap bar" case is still in "like new" condition. This is a particularly fine example, highly recommended and comes with our 2-year service warranty. $2250.
*Note please: Top joint fitted with semi-permanent cork pads; lower joint with white pads. Price includes original mouthpiece or new Vandoren M13 plus new case in addition to original case.

*** WBIC has been in business since 1953, with the same owner since 1963. We do know a bit about French clarinets, and yes, we still hold 565 shares of “Buffet-Crampon U.S.A.”.
*** Many of the comments and opinions noted above are the direct result of our having had personal conversations with Buffet-Crampon management and from financial information I (the Owner) have, as a shareholder, received from the Tolchin firm.
